Finding joy in the little things

Piedmont Park is one of our favorite places in Atlanta. Only a mile from our condo, it’s an easy walk up Peachtree St and over on 10th St to get to Atlanta’s version of New York City’s Central Park. When we learned Paul McCartney was putting on an outdoor concert there, we decided to seize the opportunity to hear the rock-n-roll legend perform. Although neither of us are big fans of his music, he put on a really good show.

Meanwhile, since the clouds above looked threatening, we left the concert a little bit early so we could get home before the rain began, but alas, the skies opened up and we got DRENCHED!

And it was super-fun to jump and splash in the puddles all the way home!
